McIntosh makes sure Charter is actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. A first-generation American, she grew up on college campuses while her parents, who were from Trinidad and Tobago, were pursuing higher education opportunities. I think that ABC has done a nice job with featuring diversity across its entire primetime lineup with shows like “Modern Family,” “Black-ish,” “Scandal,” “How To Get Away with Murder,” “Grey’s Anatomy” and other shows that feature and celebrate diversity.
