In overseeing customer care operations of the company’s rapidly growing Business Class division, she constantly finds new ways to deliver superior customer experiences for all commercial customers. Asked how she defines success, McIntosh says it’s simple: “For me success is doing what you love and doing it well.”

Take care of your customers, take care of your employees, play big and focus on the “big rocks”…
