She has led efforts around Enhanced Customer Education, a major initiative that trains the company’s technicians to provide additional education to customers during home visits so that they can take full advantage of TWC’s products and services.
How can cable do better job at supporting the industry’s women?
Cable has done a great job of supporting women through programs provided by WICT, as well as through company-specific development programs. Continued momentum around existing development programs, increased efforts to connect C-suite executives with high potential female executives, and formal mentorship programs that connect high potential women with female executives are all ways to increase the industry’s support of women.
