Cathy Hetzel

Since joining Rentrak in 2004, Hetzel has worked to expand media measurement and analytics across the industry. She was key in launching the company’s VOD business and has boosted its STB TV measurement division and OTT solutions. A 29-year cable and media industry vet, she advises the following as a mid-day re-energizer: “Step away from the computer and ‘manage by walking around.’ It always amazes me what I can learn from taking a walk around the office and talking to team members in action.”
