Under Avgiris’ leadership, Comcast has become the largest residential Internet service provider and one of the largest phone providers in the U.S. As the year continues, she will continue to work toward simplifying how Comcast does business with its customers, making cleaner processes available to agents and technicians that will improve customer experiences. Stemper’s helped Comcast Business to grow from $265 million in revenue in 2006 to $3.2 billion in 2014. He will play a key role in Comcast’s planned acquisition of Time Warner. Meanwhile, Watson continues to be responsible for nearly every operational aspect of Comcast Cable, including field operations, customer service, marketing, advertising, and product development. In 2014, his team enhanced the overall Comcast customer experience with the expansion of the X1 Entertainment Operating System.
