Avgiris has served in a variety of key roles at Comcast for more than two decades. She continues to work toward simplifying how Comcast does business with customers that will improve the company’s overall customer experience. “There are so many opportunities for women in cable, and especially in non-traditional roles like product development, engineering, operations and general management,” she says. “Women need to step outside their comfort zone and go for these roles.”
