Carolyn Terry

Starting as an entry-level installer at Comcast, Terry now runs headend operations at Time Warner Cable. In between the two jobs, she pulled stints at Adelphia, Altrio Communications and Digeo. Terry believes the career possibilities in cable are limitless. To young women looking to break in, Terry says, “The only constraints are those that we put on ourselves. Be very clear with yourself on what your core values are and integrate those values in your daily work as you do at home.”
