Be it for work, school, or family, Millennials change their residence often. Comcast’s “Movers Edge” service for existing Xfinity customers is aimed at retaining those movers, and a partnership with Buzzfeed that included social posts, tips & advice videos, and a co-branded long-form video was overwhelmingly successful. Garnering 8 million views and generating a 93% overall positive sentiment for the service, Comcast got the good word out and expects a substantial return in awareness.
