Since acquiring Motorola Home in 2013, Stanzione has steered Arris through a complex integration as he moves the united company forward. All while continuing to deliver on some hefty commitments for growth and productivity. Since the acquisition, Bob and his executive team have delivered on every target promised to its Wall Street and to individual investors, and at the same time, Arris continued to increase its annual R&D allocation. And in April as the industry prepared for INTX in Chicago, Stanzione made yet another bold move, striking a deal with Charter Communications to acquire ActiveVideo as a new joint venture for $135 million. Look for Stanzione this year to demonstrate new solutions for service providers to deliver connected experiences including UltraHD, multiscreen service delivery, and advanced home and business networking.
