Content Hotel Information Carousel (CHIC) and the Enterprise Edge Guide (EEG) were Blonder Tongue-Drake’s answer to Bright House’s challenge to deliver customizable channel lineups for hospitality and business customers that go beyond traditional guides. The services allow the operator to economically provide a line-up that reflects its specific offering at the hotel using its current network infrastructure, and is easily customized—thereby increasing the potential revenue from the customer.
