DeCicco leads a senior Charter sales team in NY, setting the strategy for both linear and digital sales. She aligns closely with client solutions, marketing, operations and fi nance executives to analyze market conditions, and her team partners with local and national brands and agencies to help clients achieve their business objectives. A veteran of more than 25 years in the ad industry, she began her career on the agency side working with clients ranging from small to large blue chip advertisers. DeCicco recently graduated from NAMIC’s ELDP program at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.
