Jones leads an efficiency task force within Viamedia with the goal of improving operations and has increased customer service with company-wide initiatives. She oversees innovative marketing initiatives, research, and communications for the company, as well its strategic partnerships with key industry groups like the ACA, CAB and NCTA. On her down time, it’s about family for Becky. Her weekends are occupied with her two little boys, Silas age 5 and Sawyer age 4—adventures, superheroes and play dough. But work is far from boring, mind you. “With the continual changes to programming, networks, technology and more—there’s always some way to impact someone’s business in a positive way,” she says.
