Her duties also include securing new business and driving customer retention in highly competitive markets. Gee was also president of NAMIC’s Philadelphia chapter and sits on the Emma L. Bowen Foundation board. “It’s about the people,” she says. “I remind myself of this every day and strive to show my appreciation for them.”
