Manos recently recorded the highest ad sales result for each of the AMC networks, including a 52 percent year-over-year increase in digital ad sales across all brands. In addition to coaxing advertisers through the transition of the Sundance Channel to SundanceTV, Manos also leveraged buzz-worthy programming including “The Red Road” and “Top of the Lake.” She says the key to balancing a personal and professional life is “having good help and support in both areas.”
