Villarreal is the daily liaison between production companies, agencies, talent, partnerships and network departments. She is also developing features and TV pilots on the side “because I love it and if I really want to do it, I just do it!” Sounds like she’s going places. “My ultimate dream job is to run my own production company and tell stories that inspire, motivate and move people,” she says.

What would be your ultimate dream job?

My ultimate dream job is to run my own production company and tell stories that inspire, motivate and move people. I gravitate towards slice of life television shows that reflect your everyday person with real emotions and obstacles, much like “The Mindy Project” and “Parenthood.”

What makes you most excited about this industry as you advance in your career?

The future is LIMITLESS. These days, no one can tell you that you can’t create your own content. It’s empowering and allows me to constantly create as my heart desires. I’m developing features and TV pilots on the side because I LOVE it and if I really want to do it, I just do it!

What three things can’t you live without?

1.) MUSIC that makes me feel happy – so that I can dance and rejoice will all things good in my life. 2.) My writer boyfriend, who takes my crazy show ideas and makes them amazing all within 52 pages. 3.) My family – who constantly reminds me to “sparkle and shine” with everything I do.
