Andrew D’Souza is a software architect in the CTO Office at Openet. He has more than 18 years of experience in the design, development and implementation of large-scale OSS/BSS solutions for the convergent telecommunications industry, and he’s a member of industry standards definition groups. D’Souza holds a degree in Electronic, Computer and Systems Engineering from Loughborough University in the U.K.
