Lynch is the first woman to oversee operations for one of cable’s most strategic and prominent territories: Silicon Valley and tech-savvy San Francisco. She oversees a team of 600 (mostly male) employees, and negotiates and executes labor agreements, making numerous deals with vendors. In the last year, she also launched the Xfinity Home security and home automation product in this key territory, oversaw the launch of Skype on Xfinity, deployed Xfinity WiFi, and converted the territories to an all-digital delivery system.
