O’Sullivan leads the broadband Internet strategy for Comcast and has been instrumental in a number of projects for the company’s Xfinity Internet and Xfinity WiFi businesses. Most significantly, she managed the ongoing rollout of Gigabit Pro to millions of homes across the country since it became available in late 2015. Throughout her career, O’Sullivan has mentored a number of minorities within Comcast and the Filipino community. Currently, she is an adviser for two minority women at Comcast. In this role, O’Sullivan helps them navigate the company and the Philadelphia region by sharing experiences, fostering potential and offering guidance.
