Joy leads thousands of engineers all over the country collaborating to develop the next generation of ideas and testing emerging technology. He founded and led the initial development of Comcast’s Xcalibur video platform, HD video conferencing and text messaging platforms. Outside of his day-to-day job at Comcast, Joy serves on the Board of Trustees at Eastern University and Intel Capital’s Consumer Advisory Board.
