Even in a high pressure environment, Ryan was able to also win the H&M account by designing the best 24-hour fast thinking brief. He is an avid problem solver, and received a finalist nomination and a silver medal for his entries in the Young Glory award for solving global/ethics problems. Through his mentorship with a high school student, one sees the willingness of Ryan to share his successful tools with others.
