Romm also launched Say Yes to the Prom, an initiative providing prom dresses and makeovers to deserving girls. She says organization is crucial for work-life balance: “If you want to have dinner with your family every night, plan for it,” she says. “It’s amazing how much you can accomplish and still have balance.”
