Decisive Communications’ CFO Rick Sander makes the most of his downtime. The 2016 Baltimore SmartCEO Future 50 Award winner finds his out-of-office excitement by jet-setting—whether at 38,000 feet or in the driver’s seat of his longtime favorite car, his BMW. Sander is passionate about traveling, and last summer he visited Sorrento, the Amalfi Coast, the Isle of Capri and Pompeii with his two daughters. Next on the agenda is a trip exploring the various regions in Spain.
