Michael Katz, Senior Development Consultant at CMJ Productions II Inc., may lead a busy life at the office, but he knows how to keep himself zen: cooking. A New Orleans native, he calls producing dishes such as red beans and rice, Jambalaya, Gumbo or Etouffee’ an “implied obligation of any self-respecting South Louisiana ex-pat” and spends as much time as possible relaxing by cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
