Melinda Witmer is a shrewd operator when it comes to negotiating for video and content distribution agreements for Time Warner Cable. But she also uses her negotiating skills for her hobby of flipping renovated houses. Aside from that she spends her weekends “hanging with family; out walking the dog; taking a long walk sans Blackberry to chill out and disconnect.”
