Matt Stein, SVP of Marketing at Animal Planet and Science Channel, spends his weekends alternating between pick-up basketball games and hitting the 3 and 4 year-old birthday party circuit of Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Since Matt’s beloved 16-year-old dog Flag (named after the pooch in Vittorio De Sica’s neo-realism classic, “Umberto D.”), has retired to a bucolic Long Island estate, he is particularly excited to be playing with the next starting line-up of “Puppy Bowl.”
