Sprint is delivering voice to more than 250K subs through deals with cable ops. It announced 5-yr, VoIP contracts Mon with Massillon Cable, Wave Broadband and Blue Ridge. Massillon launched voice in Jan, and Wave Broadband and Blue Ridge plan to begin launching in the 2nd half of ’05. Sprint’s also getting its 1st wireless cable customers, with Time Warner launching a trial with the phone company in Kansas City (Cfax, 4/1); Sunflower signed to market and sell Sprint wireless to subs.
