TVMAX, a provider of triple play services (cable, Internet, phone) to MDU (multiple dwelling unit) housing communities in the greater Houston, TX area, is launching TiVo HD DVRs through Evolution Digital.

TVMAX will be providing customers with TiVo HD DVRs using Evolution CableCARDs powered by Conax Content Security. In May 2009, TVMAX completed the transition to a 100 percent all-digital cable system,
capitalizing on Evolution’s low-cost DTAs and Conax encryption equipment.

TVMAX plans to immediately deploy TiVo DVRs to current MDU customers and in addition offer current customers the choice of four $99 service bundles, each including a TiVo HD DVR.
