Trilithic is introducing a new solution for compressed video testing designed to monitor key video-over-IP QoE and QoS metrics in real time, 24/7, on a PC. The FaultLine MPEG Analysis Solution is designed to help techs identify problems with compressed video streams in cable, satellite and other video delivery networks. It’s a simple, turnkey solution with an embedded dashboard that provides MPEG-2 transport stream monitoring in a variety of video formats. In other Trilithic news, the company is introducing the 8310 RSA Return Sweep Analyzer as part of its comprehensive maintenance system. Working with an 860 DSPi in the field, the SpeedSweep System is designed to speed troubleshooting and maintenance with fast, high resolution return sweep analysis and identify micro-reflections.
