Cox promoted Stubbs to her current position last summer. She continues to oversee efforts introducing network upgrades with speeds capable of 150MB, new cable boxes that will tout 1Gig of storage and many other expansions. Stubbs has seats on the Urban League of Hampton Roads Board and the Norfolk State Advisory Council for Technology. She reaches out to those in need on many levels—despite having a pet allergy, Stubbs takes in stray animals.
