Earlier today, Tangoe Inc., a provider of enterprise communications lifecycle management software and related services, opened the virtual doors of its “Tangoe University,” a members-only online resource for communications lifecycle management news, expert insight and information.

Tangoe University focuses on five major departments of communications lifecycle management: telecom expense management, mobile device management, consulting, services and contracts, and recycling.

It also provides its enterprise-member “students” with free, unlimited access to a library of white papers, podcasts, webinars, research reports, transcripts and other educational tools relating specifically to the challenges enterprises face in controlling their communications environment.

Each downloadable “lesson” offers insight from one or more of Tangoe’s in-house experts, each geared toward providing Tangoe University students with targeted management expertise.
