John Sykes is leaving Infinity Radio to take a new role at MTV Networks. Viacom said he would oversee the development and launch of new branded nets, adding that details on the position would be announced shortly. Before heading up the radio unit, Sykes was pres of VH1 and CMT. Joel Hollander takes over his role as Infinity chmn/CEO.
