Sunrise Telecom’s realGATE is designed as a comprehensive management system for Sunrise Telecom’s broadband test sets including the CM1000, CM2000 and the CM2000E. The Web-based system runs on a server that can be set up to allow simultaneous access by both field-based technicians and internal personnel. New firmware can be downloaded to the field, and techs have instant communication with the server. The system is designed to be easily scalable. Uploaded test results are made available to any technician as a reference point for addressing future service activations or repairs. All data is stored in a MySQL open source database.
