Shaw Communications has acquired the cable system assets of Sun Country Cablevision and its affiliated companies Armstrong Cablecom and Enderby Cablecom located in the central interior region of British Columbia.

Sun Country began operations in 1984 and has grown over the years to provide television, phone and Internet. According to its Website, Sun Country has 21 employees, and its cable system covers 420 kilometers.
