Multiscreen video software vendor SeaChange tapped Shiva Patibanda as svp and CTO. As gm of SeaChange’s Silicon Valley-based In-Home business, Patibanda is responsible for the creation and delivery of SeaChange video gateway software. He founded VividLogic in 1999, which offers software for set-top boxes and other CE devices. The company was acquired by SeaChange in 2010.
