WICT will double the size of its 12th Betsy Magness class to 50, but the group will be broken into 2 units of 25. The next class begins in Oct. In addition, nominations will no longer be accepted; qualified women will be recommended by their company’s HR dept and must secure confirmation of corporate support. Sessions will be expanded to include business skills and topics more related to the cable industry, including the March ’06 class, which will be in conjunction with The Cable Center. An image consultant will be available to "polish [Magness fellows’] unique personal presence and extend their influence at their companies and within the industry."
