Tom Donnelly, co-founder and EVP of Sandvine, will be discussing the results of the company’s 2009 global Internet traffic report and its ramifications to the broadband provider marketplace. Based on the report findings, Donnelly will also share insight on how policy control can allow service providers to create new offerings such as consumption-based billing, subscriber controlled services and tiered pricing models all while bridging the communication gap with subscribers.
