At Cable-Tec Expo, RGB Networks will be demonstrating its new Video Multiprocessing Gateway (VMG), the ultra-dense chassis behind RGB’s content repurposing solution. The VMG is capable of simultaneously delivering any video program to multiple devices – from TVs, to PCs, to mobile devices – via any network. (For more, click here).

“As programmers increasingly deliver their content in MPEG-4/H.264, cable operators need an easy, cost-effective and scalable solution for transcoding the content into the MPEG-2 format that their networks can support,” said Ramin Farassat, VP of marketing for RGB, in a statement.
