Also on the wishlist: print materials in a size that can be easily edited for a multiple network promo; give more guidance as to when/why a system would want to use a promo. — CTHRA’s annual compensation study found merit raises for ops and programmers have stayed consistent over the last 3 years at 3.5% for ops and 4.0% for programmers. Base salaries rose an avg of 4.5% (ops), 3.3% for prog/broadcasters last year.
