As ACA argues that NCTC needs status to file program access complaints at the FCC and more recognition, broadcast coalition TVFreedom.org is asking Congress and federal regulators to investigate whether the collective buying group and other such groups are truly helping lower consumers’ monthly pay-TV bills.
