The Bush admin says it’s considering Johnson’s invitation. — ABC Family brings back its annual "13 Nights Of Halloween" stunt Oct 19-31. Programming on tap includes original movie "The Hollow," a modern version of the Headless Horseman legend (Oct 24, 8pm) and marathons of "Scariest Places on Earth," a reality series in which families spend the night in haunted places (Oct 23 & 24, 4-8pm). — Christian net Daystar will premiere "Gina D’s Kids Club" in Nov. — Food this month kicks off "Cook With Your Kids," print and cable ads meant to bring families together around the kettle. The campaign features celeb chef Emeril Lagasse and includes a full week of specialized programs starting Sun. A sweepstakes runs through Oct 15 with the grand prizewinner getting a cooking class with Lagasse in the new Chelsea Market studios in NYC. — The stakes are higher and a sideline reporter’s been added for season 2 of GSN’s "Extreme Dodgeball" (begins Oct 14), but some of us were saddened to hear the bathing suit team won’t be back.
