The block replaces "Crossfire" and "Inside Politics." CNN said in Jan Crossfire was dead wood; Inside’s star faded when host Judy Woodruff stepped down recently. — The Golf Channel begins coverage of the NCAA mens/womens finals Wed (1amET). — TV One has a special "One on One" with Queen Latifah (May 22, 10pm). — Longshot Derby winner Giacomo was no surprise to TVG anchor Ken Rudolph, who’d been saying for weeks the 3-yr-old’s pedigree, training and experience made the colt a sleeper. — IFC confirmed it’s moving into scripted series, launching 3 in Aug. VP Debbie DeMontreaux will oversee them. — Worth a look tonight: a process story yes, but with great detail and a fine payoff, the capture of Saddam ("Ace in the Hole," Military Channel, 8pm).
