The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) named the following people to its newly formed North American Regional Board Executive Committee: Jack Philbin, co-founder, president and CEO, Vibes (chair); Michael Bayle, senior vice president/general manager, mobile, ESPN (vice chair); Anne Schelle, CEO & partner/acting executive director, Acta Wireless/Open Mobile Video Coalition (treasurer);  Tara Scarlett, senior manager/CRM & mobile marketing/lead mobile center of excellence, The Coca-Cola Company (secretary); and Mario Ribera, director, Xbox LIVE business, Microsoft (chair emeritus)…Jay Shinn left Grass Valley to join broadcast audio/visual developer FOR-A Corporation of America as sales manager for the Northeast region, working with systems integrators and equipment dealers to improve and increase sales in the area…Chuck Shaughnessy, vice president of Harris Corporation’s LTE business, has been named to the Telecommunications Industry Association board.
