Time Warner Cable confirmed Fox Sports Net’s 3 diginets were pulled in the MSO’s NY systems the same day a contract dispute with Cablevision forced removal of MSG and Fox Sports NY. TW Cable applied for a waiver to keep the diginets running, but it was rejected. The MSO is paying subs a $1.95 monthly rebate to compensate for the blacked-out channels, which are part of a $3.95 tier that includes Fuel, NBA TV and Tennis Channel. Those 3 channels remain lit. The rebate is in addition to the $2 it’s handing over for the dropped MSG and Fox Sports NY. The standoff began 11 days ago.
