The lineup for today’s DTV hearing includes NCTA’s Kyle McSlarrow, Barrington Broadcasting’s James Yager on behalf of NAB, ACA rep/Sunflower Broadband’s Patrick Knorr, Rick Chessen of the FCC, Circuit City CEO Alan McCollough, Telemundo gm Manuel Abud, CEA’s Gary Shapiro and, of course, the Corduroy Crew’s Gene Kimmelman. — FCC commish Jonathan Adelstein advocated prominent disclosure of paid content shown on cable and broadcast.
