The Walter Kaitz Foundation provided more than $1.3mln this year to fund programs and activities of NAMIC, the Emma Bowen Foundation and WICT. Bowen received nearly $139K for its student conference and mentoring initiative. NAMIC received $1.08mln for the L. Patrick Mellon mentoring program, alumni workshop, exec coaching and leadership seminars and middle manager leadership training. WICT used nearly $104K from Kaitz for its Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, WICT Forum and exec development seminars.
