Some proceeds from the book will be donated to the Alzheimer’s Foundation. Push Creative handled elements of BET’s recent redesign, as well as Fox News Channel and Spike TV projects. — Starz Ent will sponsor the "Audience Awards" and the "Cosmic Closing Night Party" at the "Maui Film Festival" June 15-19.
