In Demand, CTAM and Samsung held court at Time Warner Center last night to tout In Demand’s new monthly "Center Stage" HD music specials. Jon Bon Jovi was scheduled to be there; his band will launch the series live on ID’s two HD channels Nov 21 from Atlantic City. The concert will be simulcast on Samsung’s Web site (http://www.samsungusa.com); Samsung will again join with CTAM’s ‘OnlyCableCan’ campaign for an HD content promotion. From now until 2/5/05, anyone signing up for digital cable and HD through participating Adelphia, Comcast, Cox and Time Warner Cable affiliates-and buying a Samsung set-gets a $200 gift card. CTAM’s venture will use cross-channel, online and newspaper ads to promote "Center Stage" and the gift card offer. Samsung will run banner ads and other space on 380 Web sites in a related promotion. -Simon Applebaum
