While Fang deals with some of the division’s most complex partners including Comcast, Cox, Charter and Insight, she’s also involved with all facets of Fox’s distribution efforts, down to creating comprehensive financial models. This year she had an active role in the retransmission and cable network renewal negotiations between Fox Networks and Comcast. In new hires she looks for positivity, intelligence, a good personality and a willingness to learn. “Everything else is teachable,” she says.
