Hallmark surpassed 64mln HHs, thanks to recent launches from Comcast, Time Warner and NCTC systems in markets such as Philly, Detroit, Santa Fe and Evansville, IN. — NM’s Democratic gov Bill Richardson has ordered an investigation into TVG’s service in the state, saying he believes in-home wagering is illegal under state law. The horseracing net launched on Comcast last month. Other betting services using pari-mutuel wagering, including Express Bets and rival horseracing net HRTV, are offered in the state. TVG said it believes the wagering is permissible in NM and notes that it has received approval from the NM Racing Commission.
