Bright House Networks has filed a complaint against Verizon, accusing it of possibly failing to immediately report damage that contractor Utilities Services inflicted on the MSO’s fiber-optic network last week, reports the Bradenton Herald. Verizon says the contractor didn’t know about the damage in Manatee County, FL, until Bright House informed them. The problem left about 550 Bright House customers without service last Wed.
